I started this blog i believe sometime last July and did really great for a couple of months but then i unfortunately completely abandoned it and my healthy habits but i am back now and ready to continue what i started :)

trying to start this blog and lifestyle up again!
my dinner last night :)
- whole wheat pita
- spinach artichoke dip
- feta cheese
about 265 cal! although I also ate a little bit of cauliflower casserole my mom made otherwise I would have had a whole pita.

• Turkey Bacon - 20 cal
• Spinach (didn’t feel like lettuce haha)
• Xtreme Wellness whole wheat tortilla - 76 cal
• Kefir Greek cream cheese - 30 cal 1 tbsp
boyfriend is amazing! he made pita pizzas with sauce from scratch!
just cooked the tomatoes down with different spices and a little bit of olive oil. we put a little bit of mozzarella on top, mushrooms, and uncured pepperoni. ballpark calorie count I’d say around 350. so good!
