I started this blog i believe sometime last July and did really great for a couple of months but then i unfortunately completely abandoned it and my healthy habits but i am back now and ready to continue what i started :)

i'm 5'0 and started at 145 lbs.
July 16th, 2011: 140 lbs
Aug 3rd, 2011: 139 (FINALLY)
Current Weight: 145 ugh
last night’s yummy healthy dinner
Salmon on some mashed cauliflower
And a cucumber avocado salad (lemon juice, olive oil, feta, cucumber, avocado and mint)

i started late but i started! i’m doing that squat challenge i reblogged a couple posts down.. i did 30 yesterday and my legs are so sore omg idk how i’m gonna do more today but i am :P
SHUT UP & SQUAT CHALLENGE STARTS TOMORROW!
Starting tomorrow, Friday April 26th 2013, I can officially workout again post-surgery! What a better way than with a CHALLENGE?
6 weeks to get from 30 squats to 200 squats a day! All while toning up that boo-tay of yours. Give that bum a boost, but be sure to practice proper squat form!
Pre and post pictures will be posted. Well…if I’m brave enough :)
